We have an awful, horrible being right now. America, you"re at the tip of your game. This is one of the majority diseased countries in the world.Can I greatfully only see a lift of hands for how majority of you have young kids in this room today? Please put your hands up. Aunties, uncles, you can go on ... Put your hands up. Aunties and uncles as well. Most of you. OK. We, the adults of the last 4 generations, have sanctified the young kids with the future of a shorter lifespan than their own parents. Your kid will live a hold up ten years younger than you since of the landscape of food that we"ve built around them. Two thirds of this room, today, in America, are statistically overweight or obese. You lot, you"re all right, but we"ll get you eventually, dont worry.Right? The census data of bad health are clear, really clear. We outlay the lives being overly suspicious about death, murder, homicide, you name it. Its on the front page of each paper, CNN. Look at carnage at the bottom, for Gods sake. Right?Every singular one of those in the red is a diet-related disease. Any doctor, any dilettante will discuss it you that. Fact. Diet-related disease is the greatest torpedo in the United States, right now, here today. This is a tellurian problem. Its a catastrophe. Its unconditional the world. England is right at the back of you, as usual.I know they were close, but not that close. We need a revolution. Mexico, Australia, Germany, India, China, all have large problems of plumpness and bad health. Think about smoking. It costs approach less than plumpness now. Obesity costs you Americans 10 percent of your health caring bills. 150 billion dollars a year. In 10 years, the set to double. 300 billion dollars a year. And lets be honest, guys, you aint got that cash.I came here to begin a food series that I so profoundly hold in. We need it. The time is now. We"re in a tipping-point moment. I"ve been you do this for 7 years. I"ve been perplexing in America for 7 years. Now is the time when the developed -- developed for the picking. I went to the eye of the storm. I went to West Virginia, the majority diseased state in America. Or it was last year. We"ve got a new one this year, but we"ll work on that subsequent season.123456; &
